Build few modifications, Functions & Removing all bugs

Hello there everyone.
Firstly i want a programmer who can build all kind of functions, Modification in PHP, Mysql, Javascripts, Ajax, CSS, Web designing, HTML, Vbulltien, Joomla & more.
He must have time for us becoz we will need him/her for long term, NOT short term. so please Bid on my project who thinks he/she can work for me on a long term bases.
This project is to check his/her ability and performance if hes/shes capable of doing it, also check his price & the time frame of completing it. So bid carefully & give me the exact time frame for current project. I will reply to every bid so i will choose who will be the best for this project.
This project is already completed 80%. so you have just do some functions, template and small integration work.
1: First Copy a whole template from the member area of [url removed, login to view] to our site which i will give u when i decided the bid winner also change the wording on the graphic etc.( 40% is done only member area is left)
2: Make "same functions" with in the member area of prizerebel.com. Everything must be same. e.g: Survey section, Prices, Refer system, Quick start menu etc (30% of them are already completed)
3: We do have addition functions that have been complete. You just need to make it in perfect place with in our site and see if u can find any bugs etc.
4: In future if we find any sort of bug u have to fix it without charging anything
5: If u done this project smoothly and completed in a day or 2 we will give u the future projects of our development sites and more.
P.S. I and my other partners estimated that this project cost not more than 100-120 USD and estimated time with in 2 to 3 days becoz it already completed 80% . If u think it will cost more then give us a good reason.
