I need some qualified designers/programmers for a project for an E-Learning website.
If you want to learn something, you will have to sign up and pay for a membership, for example BASIC, GOLD, and so on. For that, we need a accounting/billing system to deliver our client easy access to unlock specific tutorial, video and forum content for the paying customer.
The Website itself will have a "membership"-selection where you can chose and buy your membership (so a little, easy shop is required - payment methods: credit card, paypal), video section, forum, news, regular content sites and so on. The client wants to add texts and other easy content by himself. So please consider this. Also consider the wish for an easy accounting/billing system as well. The forum has to have easy changable topic icons, colours, et cetera.
