Build / Recode Landing Page using current working prototype

I provide (uploaded file) a working website prototype, although I would like it re-coded / rebuilt to include the following changes: -Change colours of the triangle to match green/blue gradient image. (Graphics Provided - EPS) -Detail outer triangle and outer rings with the same silver metal effect. (Graphics Provided - EPS) -Add glint effect to outer triangle and circles when hovered over. -When hovered images should pop and become solid with text overlay (Demonstrated on prototype) -Left and right bottom circles should link to external website in a new tab. -Top circle should load autoplay vimeo video in lightbox that covers the whole triangle. -Header should be white and include logo centered -Footer should be gradient blue to green colour. (Graphics Provided - EPS). -Footer should include relevant text. IMPORTANT - ENTIRE website should be centre aligned and resize to any page width IMPORTANT - Website should render beautify on iPad and iPhone. IMPORTANT - It needs to look, work and feel great.
