Build a New money making adsense site.

I am looking for an expert, who will build a website which generates atleast $10 to $20 per day with Google adsense.

The site should contain the following points:

- Unique traffic.

- Should earn atleast $300 in 30 days.

- All Content MUST be unique and original and SEO Optimized.
