Blog website with members and Paypal function

Hi there! Im posting a project that I need doing rather quickly but not to quick it looks cheap. Firstly, please only bid if you are capable and confinant, I've had to much time wasted with other people thinking they can build a website. I need a blog website that is catered around the stock market, forex trading to be exact. The site will be a members site and it will have forums where members can discuss relevant topics, I would like to use this wordpress template if possible - [login to view URL] I've listed below some of my ideas so you can get a feel of what Im after - the site will be a membership service with access to forums for members only (I plan to take all my existing members and add them free of charge so they can discuss things between themselves on the forums, this will give me an edge as potential members can see activity within the site) - I'd like to offer 5 free memberships to members who want to act as moderaters (people who will answer questions, discuss posts, winnings, strategies etc) 7 in total incl myself and a friend - when members sign up I will need there email address, they will have one month free access to the site and then subscription will be £25 a month thereafter (paypal) - I need a name for the site, in order to keep the ball moving I've chosen "feet-up forex" and have given the heading a image of a man with his feet up and have highlighted the shoes in blue which continue to spell name (this is purely for my benefit so I can carry on visioning the rest, please give any suggestions you might have) - I will have a help page with all your information on forex trading - I will have links to Capital Spreads, live feeds of the markets etc - An "about me" page will be needed - Comments and suggestion pages That should get the ball moving, if anybody thinks they can help then please get in cotact.
