I am looking for a website developer with some graphic design skills that can build a fairly basic consumer information type website. The website needs to look professional and will have about 4-5 pages to start with, but with options to expand. I would also like to have a forum attached to the website. Also member log-in option will be needed. The site will have to have an easy to use admin, so that I can update and change information when needed. There is also the opportunity for periodic maintenance of the site as the information changes maybe monthly. Here is an example of the type of site that I am wanting to build: [login to view URL]

Hello there, English webmaster here. I would build the site on a Content Managment System (CMS) to make it easy for you to add and edit the pages . I have been using Joomla CMS for over 4 years and have built over 40 sites with it.. I have excellent communications skills and also speak in perfect English (because I am English) so there will be lost in translation problems here.
