an Autism Community website

i need to create a community for Autistic & Special needs kids that shall have the following: Goomla design shall be used and the site shall be created from scratch and features are as follows: 1- Registration for Kids parents and a page for every kid 2- Registration for Therapists and a profile page for each and parents should be able to rate therapists they deal with 3- Therapy Centers registration and a profile for each 4- Donation function shall be there 5- Parents can upload their kids movies and media to their own profiles 6- Groups and discussion forums shall be there 7- sharing through all social networks shall be there 8- Therapists can create files for the kids they are treating that has a special form that will be provided and the form shall be kept in the kid profile and cant be accessed but by the parents please this is a charity work so please bid logically
