Auction Site - repost

I want to build an auction site that is similar in principle to eBay but with a few differences. - the Seller has the ability to create/populate their own sales page (this would be similar to a site like [login to view URL]) where the seller once registered on the site can populate the individual sales page with their descriptions, photos and specific likes etc. Basically they have control of the management and content of the page. (It needs to be approved by site management prior to being released). - on this individual sales page (created from a standard template/templates) the seller can control description, price (range - highest - lowest, reserve etc) - the seller can upload multiple images that would appear as thumbnails until the product was selected. - the seller can "activate" the sales page and set the auction time once they are satisfied that all descriptions, pictures, pricing etc is loaded. - at the specified time of the auction the sales page activates automatically for the period of the auction ie 2 hours. - the sales page can be viewed prior to the auction but is not interactive ie bids cant be lodged or accepted until the published start time of the auction. - Sales page must be able to take up to 100 images which means the seller must be able to load multiple pics at any time. The Auction site should have the look and feel of [login to view URL] - ability to select state / region - drill down to individual auctions in area by date (soonest) - drill down to individual items within the sales page - view all items in the category ie beds and then drill down by location For each item the seller must be able to control and populate the fields for: - Description of goods ie new/used, furniture, beds..... etc - price ie asking price, reserve price, - negotiable (yes/no) - highest offer accepted during last 30 minutes - category - Keywords (for search) During auction - buyer can make an offer - seller can accept / reject offer Search capability - within local area (by distance / postcode) - all sales - by category or product or keyword - across all auctions Reporting - By seller - sold time price etc Seller Registration - Seller details incl name, street address, suburb, state, postcode, email, phone ........ Buyer registration - Seller details incl name, street address, suburb, state, postcode, email, phone ........ Content management system - similar to an online sales backend with capability to manage emails and contact.
