Android apps and icons

I would like someone to create a Dummy Android App. This is a proto type that needs to work as such. 1) Ability to have it on a tablet as an app. 2) The app needs to launch but does not need to perform smart functionality 3) The app need to have navigation from page to page. 4) Graphics also need to be develpoed. The idea is that you will have 6 icons inside the app. Each icon will open up screen shots. Eg one icon will say books. Inside that icon it will show screen shots of the books. ( 3 to 4 pages.
