Alter my responsive issues with single page of my website

My website view on PC is fine my issue is with it's iPad and iPhone views as described in the attached images where I have compared my site with another sites similar layout.
I want my site to look the same on iPad and iPhone as it does on my PC, (100% width viewable) with a zoom feature so any website visitor can see any part they are interested in, these responsive issues are a problem with my current CSS files I believe and I need these sorting.
