Aircraft Advertising Site

Budget: $300-$800 The website is an aircraft and other aviation goods advertising website. The idea is that we are going to let ppl advertise for free for the first 5 months or so, and after that start charging money per ad. We will use a 3rd party site to authenticate the credit card payment, but the site should have that stuff set up from the start and just display a page that lets ppl know that they would usually be paying $x at that point, then lets them continue. In it's current form, the site is half written. The basic database has been set up in MySql, and the generic layout of pages is known roughly. We've done up some sample pages of what we want the site to look like. An example of what the main page might look like can be seen at: [login to view URL] We are looking for someone who can complete the site quickly, as we want to launch the site asap. The work would involve taking the barebone site (not much formating, but database stuff /functionality approx. 80% complete) and finishing this off and integrating with the desired formatting style of the site. We have prepared some static html pages that describe this. Additionally we would like additional input into any style changes (colours, logos, etc) that would enhance the look of the site.
