Affiliate Programs Listing and Ranking site

We require an experienced Wordpress expert to set up a new site that will list affiliate programs and their details along with the ability to rank these programs. There is a plugin that will be required that will enable us to list the programs details along with the requirement to install and configure additional plugins that are available. Payment will be via the Escrow system. Please only bid if you will be available to do further work on this project as additional stages will be required soon after completion of stage 1.
