Adult Website - CMS - Live Cam - membership

I need a developed adult website with the following features:

(CMS) For adding and removing pictures and videos, adding calendar events of live shows

1. initial videos would be maybe around 5(windows media)

2. i have go daddy hosting now but will convert to WEBAIR for hosting future content

3. Blog, calander

4. need graphics designed for page layout

5. need payment processing for ex. ccbill

6. images - I need to be able to add/remove images for galleries(CMS) You won't be doing that part.

7. Videos - I need to be able to add/remove the videos as well(cms)

Need Blog on frontpage, along with current update photos and a welcoming video, along with a live up to date webcam show calendar that I can update myself

with info.

I need to be able to stream live webcam whenever i feel necessary from my computer to all paid members. I need a paysite with CC BILL or something of the

sort.
