bug fixs of an icq control

I want to have an icq control to develop an icq client for my final year project. I found one in the PSC site from James. But it cannot be used on the Chinese Windows platform. ## Deliverables The final product should be an ActiveX control including all the components such as dll, ocx, which i can use to develop my own icq client by using it. It should be able to run on different platform with different locale. ## Deadline information ASAP
