Convert this small C# project to vb.net

This is a working C# project that lists the running processes on a system and displays and updates their CPU usage using windows API. I need this completely converted to VB.NET (for vs2k5 in .net 2.0). I tried using a code converter (Tangible Software Solutions) and it mostly converted it OK, but there were a few issues I couldn't resolve. Don't even bother bidding unless you have already converted this. It isn't a hard project for a knowledgeable C# programmer, I just have no c# skill. Although the bid amount should be fair, I will choose the one who already has it done or is 100% confident that they can do it. Don't waste my time, if you can't do it, don't bid. I need this done ASAP and the bidding time and execution time reflects it. DO NOT rewrite the entire script. I know it is API, and I know there are managed ways to do this, but I have done the managed ways and they are extensively slower.
