Chipcard Application

The problem: I need to read and write text on a 2k (256byte) memorycard (chipcard). I use a PC/SC / CT-Api compatible cardreader, right now it is the Omnikey Cardman 2020. I need to select the cardreader from a list of cardreaders as i need to connect more than one. I need to set and use a pin card. The code is needed for Visual [login to view URL], a dll with description or a class / module would be fine, too. i say again, its a memory card, no processorcard or smartcard. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
