Browser Type Program

Looking to build an IE browser type program that will allow the user to toggle between multiple sites, files and lists of links via tabbed pages. Also allows them to catalog what they have found, email contacts on pages (can call an existing email program) and login automatically at these sites. see capture of similar program, built for auctions, I believe these have some sort of api for ebay and yahoo because you cannot automatically ad items from amazon ## Deliverables needs to have: tabbed pages, some to web sites, some to links (hard coded but updateable through revisions) the ability to scrape the screens for specific text and have that text entered into and database, which can be printed at a later time on links page, need to allow user to narrow search by type and location require simple login, static password that is sent via email and should ping my server for updates and allow them to install the updates automatically should have some type of contact management interface
