Browser Extension Object

I need an object that will allow an IE or Netscape user to install at the point a web page is called. This should work similar to installing macromedia flash viewer, cnet download manager, or other on demand browser component extensions. Can this be done in VB and how would I start to learn how to do this? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
