A Bank allows its customers to make either one deposit or one withdrawal (but not both) during the day, (You do not have to check this). You should allow users to input the following data, including validation checks of your choice: • customer account number 1000 - 2000 (local) 3000 - 5000 (national) 6000 - 9000 (overseas) • deposit/withdrawal code D - deposit W - withdrawal • amount of money deposited or withdrawn • account type A - ordinary account P - premium account Customers are charged for each withdrawal made. The charge is made up of a basic charge, and an extra charge. Customers who deposit money are given a bonus. The bonus is made up of a basic bonus and an extra bonus. The rules for withdrawal charges are as follows: (i) For customers of account type A: - the basic charge is £1.50 - the extra charge depends on the customer account number: - local customers are charged £1 - national customers are charged 75p - overseas customers are charged 50p - the extra charge is doubled if the amount withdrawn is more than £50 (ii) For customers of account type P: - the basic charge is £2.50 for customers who withdraw more than £100, otherwise it is £2. - the extra charge depends on the customer account number: - local customers are charged £1.50 - national customers are charged £1 - overseas customers are charged 75p The rules for deposit bonuses are as follows: - local customers get 5p, plus an extra 3p if they are of account type P - national customers get 7p, minus 2p if they are of account type A - overseas customers get 10p, plus an extra 4p if they are of account type P, but minus 3p if they are of account type A After withdrawal or deposit details have been entered, you should display the charge or bonus on a different form, and write account number, account type, code, amount of money and charge or bonus amount to a file. ## Deliverables Management wish to know whether or not it is making a profit on these payments. Once all transactions for the day have been entered, the user move to the Management Information form. Here, the transactions file will be read, and the two forms below should be available: Profit is defined by: Total Profit = Total charges - Total bonuses (may be negative) Two forms are required by management: The first lists the input data and either the charge or the bonus for each customer. The second shows the total profit and the average profit/customer. The total profit should be both calculated from data on file, and checked against a running total kept as transaction data is entered. The number of customers should be dealt with in the same way. Inn your solution, you must use the following 4 sub procedures or functions. - calculate the withdrawal charge for customers of account type A - calculate the withdrawal charge for customers of account type P - calculate the deposit bonus - add or subtract to running Total Profit and counts the number of customers Testing Your program should be thoroughly tested using a testing strategy of your choice. All tests/ test data and test results should be fully documented and recorded. A simple report containing the following: 1: An annotated listing of your program. 2: A test report documenting all tests/test data and test results. 3: A description of testing techniques used. A working program that implements all functions detailed in the design Test schedules are detailed and fully test the program. Data validation to been included. The code is to be written on a basic level (in order to learn from the completed project) Looking to use global variables on the module. Also looking for additional help and information on the testing section if needed when project is completed 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform To be compatible with xp and visual basic 6
