Asp.net / mySQL project

I need to find someone to work on my asp.net / mySQL project. I has to be completed before Christmas. Please read the specs and let me know what your estimate is. I would also like to know how much .net experience you've got and if you are planning to use C# or VB.net for this project. ## Deliverables - create MySql database - add customer table with basic customer info - add banner table (banner id,? file name, customer id, size id, run duration, active/inactive flag) - add? banner sizes table - add a secure admin area? for site admins? - add an ability for? site admins to? add\edit\list\delete customers - add an ability for site admins to? add\edit banner sizes - add an ability for site admins to? choose customer, upload? banner image, give it a random name and place it into a ad folder...? record this data into a database (banner table) and add active / inactive flag - add an ability for site admins? to manage? banners: set run duration, deactivate banner (make inactive) - use MS VS's AdRotator control to display (bind to a database...see a link to the tutorial) - capture impressions for each users' banners - add a secure admin area? for site? users? - allow users to run reports based on their impressions?
