Create Top Menu for Wordpress Template (nested menu)

See [login to view URL] - Template was made for WP 2.8 .. I am using 3.3.1 and this template does not nativley support nested menus. You can see what it is doing with the pages I have created that work great in other templates using nested menus, but client likes THIS template. The template as it exists will allow four or five non-nested menu choices to be on that top bar. The coder chosen will make a top level menu that will reside on the bar at the top, and have other pages under each top level menu selection that will appear as a drop down when selected.
