Creating a virtual environment

I need an application that can generate random sensors(can represent it as bubbles) in an environment(it can be of different sizes too) depending upon the input which should be an option as well. for example: if you input 5 sensors of onse size and 3 of other size, then the application should generate the sensors in the environment(which is a form in this case). There should also be a option to generate multiple random instances of generation. i.e if I want 5 random generations, then I can just input 5 and I can get 5 random generations (but all the five are seperate instances). There should also be a performance measure to calculate the total available space before the sensors are populated and calculate the space after they are populated as well. There should also be an option to change the grid size as well. ie the user should be able to change the size of the environment (ie 10x10 or 20x20 etc) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform It should be able to run on Windows xp
