239791 Fix site errors + performance

You must know PHPFox, Wordpress, PHP, MySQL, and AJAX. This is what I need fixed. I moved to a new server and my Foxvideos mod is now only partially working although FFMPEG and the associated libraries have been installed correctly. I moved from PHP v 5.0.4 to 5.2.6. Now the thumbnails are no longer generated and the database cannot record the size of the file or the duration when the video is uploaded from the desktop. The video uploads to the directory fine, but the conversion is an issue. Streaming videos work fine. For Wordpress, it is integrated with Phpfox, but loads slowly. For a custom script, the functionality works fine, but the letters on a couple of tabs and in the admin panel are missing. The tabs are there and the links work, but the letters are missing. I need the letters to appear. This is simple work, but will demonstrate to me that you understand these programs. This will enable me to trust you to offer a larger project, and then an even larger project. No beginners should even think about applying.
