create accpunts on WHM reseller server

I need a script to automate the creation of accounts on WHM panel. The software tool should accept a list of domain names, create an account within WHM for each domain, use the WHM IP manager to assign a unique IP address from a list of IPs. The hosting will be on servers used for 'SEO' type hosting, so creating WHM accounts but we are concerned with the Cpanel accounts In addition the DNS zone for each account should be updated as follows: 1) set SOA to match the domain name 2) set email to match domain name 3) set NS to match the domain name 4) Set NS1/NS2 to the same IP as the account IP already selected 5) It would be useful to have the abilty to randomise slightly the email address and NS prefixes 6) Generate a list of the acounts and their credentials
