Hello, If I understood correctly you need a special web browser enabled application that will be used to allow people to browse the web. The application will block browsing blacklisted web pages. I have been working on a similar application that was a part of a bigger application so I can reuse the logic to cut the time of the implementation. Regarding the Administration I suppose you need to be able to access some configuration console for adding users and all related options. I suggest to use Awesomium web browser component + MySQL for storing data and C# + WPF for the desktop web browser application. Hi, I have exactly implemented a similar system for our office and it works absolutely fine. I'm a programmer by profession and started a company with few people where I faced this problem and I implemented the solution. What you require is a little advanced version of what I implemented. So, my question is: Do you need a web application where users should login first before accessing the other websites ? or Do you need a new browser like Chrome/Firefox wherein users have to login in order to access internet.
