Digital Brochure for USB Cards

We are looking for someone to create a small software which would do the following:- 1. When USB is plugged in, it should do an autoplay and the digital brochure for our company should come up on the screen. 2. If there is an update available on our server and if the computer where the usb is plugged in has internet, it should automatically update its contents to show the latest information. 3. A Digital Brochure which can be updated by us easily and there should be a possibility to add videos/photos/etc to it. Please include details of how the brochure can be updated by us with your bid. I am attaching the current pdf brochure that we have with this post for review. For the digital edition, we would like a similar look and feel or better if possible with the possibility of adding videos and more photos like a gallery for each of our products.
