Demo for a Cross Selling offer in an call center agent help desk setting.

Build a fake HelpDesk System that looks complex, but only very few buttons and tabs are really active. We need the app fully working by Tuesday, Feb 1st. The project is a new standalone app with its own database. The screen shots provided in the attachment are from an existing HelpDesk app from DELL. We want to create a copy of this app that looks similar, however with only a few features working and a few pre-populated data entries. The additional feature is the cross-selling offer. Workflow: 1. On a customer call --> the call agent asks for the service tag number on the device. 2. Agent types in service tag number ? customer info (name, address, phone, email) is displayed. (six equipment numbers/customers pre-populated in the system, no inserts) 3. Agent checks order details (device components) for this customer. Tab with table. (Pre-Populated in the system. No updates/inserts) 4. Agent checks service contracts for this customer. Tab with table. (Pre-Populated in the system. No updates/inserts) 5. Agent creates a new case: - Update fields for adressInfo - Selects from pre-populated DropDowns for IssueType, Category, Component, Cause, Reason - Writes TextFields for Problem, Description, Solution - Agent saves the case (button: cancel, save) 6. Journal for the case is displayed. We have only one just created. 7. When Agent puts the case in status resolved and closed, a cross selling offer screen is displayed (pop up or overlay) 8. Offer Screen shows 2 ProductSets (with 2-3 Products), Price, Accept/Decline Checkboxes 9. Agent submits the offer to the customer and checks the Accept or Decline Box 10. At the bottom of the Screen performance to date scorecard (revenue per week/month vs. target, for that agent) is displayed. Can be always present. Needs to be updated with the numbers from the accepted offer. 11. Next Customer calls in --- > 1. ## Deliverables The Demo can be very simple. ? Web based. Needs to be able to be deployed and run on a Windows 7 PC ? Database backend is preferred, however optional. How you model and store the data is up to you. ? Six customers (service tag numbers) need to be prepoulated ? Six different offers need to be be pre-populated and displayed The basic screens: 1. CRM/Helpdesk: with Customer and Case Information. This is the most complex. Six customers (service tag numbers) need to be prepoulated. 2. An offer screen (with 2 offered ProductSets, Price, Accept/Decline Checkboxes) 3. Configuration view for cross Selling offers (ProductSet, Product, Price). Hard coded on provided Data. Configuration shall be viewable possible any time with the push of a button CrossSelling Offer Generation: The selection of which offers shall be displayed can be done randomly. However, for same Customer, IssueType, Category, Component, Cause, Reason the same offer has to be re-generated. This means for each offer those parameters have to be stored with the offer (in Memory, preferably DataBase) and checked first before a random offer is generated. Other requirements: All Data for the Demo will be provided. You will be resonsible to configure (code/database/files) the system with those data. We shall be able to change to data. We expect documentation, where and how data is stored (code/database/files) so we can update them after the delivery of the system. **Please look at the Screen Shots attached to get an estimate for the complexity of the project.
