Customize Agriya Groupon Pro Software

I need someone that has in the past worked with Agriya's Groupon Pro software package. I have tried to get this project completed on Elance and the company FAILED utterly to remain on schedule and has delayed my launch ...thus costing me alot of money I have uploaded a copy of my contract, the design I have completed in Photoshop (layered), and a site functionality document for the cuomizations (we can get more detailed once we start discussions as needed). I am asking that you review the document I have, ask any questions, and bid ONLY if you can fulfill the following specifications: I need this DONE in less 20 days....I do have some leeway with a few of the functionality changes depending on which ones (ie we can do a 1.0 launch and a 2.0 update shortly thereafter) If you can't hit deadlines, DO NOT BID AND WASTE EITHER OF OUR TIME. You must have a team that can work on this (in case of illness, ect). I would prefer a DEDICATED team if possible You MUST have members that have worked on the previous Agriya software....we cannot afford any delays while someone it trying to "learn" the code. I need a company that can get this done....I have had too many delays. I have a custom contract I use, please READ it and be prepared to follow it please. I would appreciate references for any Agriya projects that you have done and feedback since this is really not a "portfolio" thing. Thanks guys! I have a reasonable budget for the time and work we are talking about, so let's get it done.
