Create Wordpress User with Membership Level access

I have a Wordpress website using the Membership plugin ([login to view URL]). Customers are going to purchase on PayPal. I need you to create a PHP file that will automatically create a new user with membership level access. I will redirect customers from PayPal to the PHP file. The PHP file must do the following: 1. create a new user with membership level access 2. email the new user a randomly generated password 3. redirect the user to the members area of the website Only bid if you have experience with Wordpress and PayPal.
