Create Front and Back End Access Database

What I am looking for:
1. We keep database in Excel and saved on dropbox.
I would like to move the whole thing online with limited access to the different users so they can not change anything.
2. Would like to account for Gas using FIFO. 2 products only super and regular.
3. Account for Inside C Store products as a whole. As in All Ciggs as one product.
4. Would like to enter in my invoices from my suppliers
5. Would like for sales tax journal. Would like the manager to print any month online.
6. Would like to add a payroll function.
7. Reports- Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, YTD
8. Reports- Sales tax-Monthly and Payroll-Quaterly
9. Gas report- I can send to you
10. Weekly Profit- Gas would be by the invoices and have a price box for super and reg on this sheet. Inside sales would be just (total x .22). would like to see it line by line though
11. Monthly and Yearly and YTD and Year over Year
That is about it. Would have 7 users entering data. 7 different companies so data needs to be stored in seperate database.
