Crawl through outlook and export data

Hi I am looking for somebody to develop a software application that can be installed on to a computer. The software will twice a day, crawl through outlook, identify any new emails and retrieve the IP address of the sender and their email address and pass them back to a MYSQL database online.,
We do not want to collect any other data, just the ip address of the sender and there email address.
I have had this software developed before and so know it isn't that hard for the people with the right skills. The application would need to be branded with our logo.
