Connect Woocommerce to web services portal and pass inventory & orders

Greetings there! Mike from Toronto, Canada here! I have done this before using Magento for two fairly large clients: [login to view URL] - uses EDI specifically text based files to transfer over orders to the Wholesaler [login to view URL] - uses SOAP API's, similar to the DCL web service you provide. Even though I had not done this in Wordpress ( specifically Woo-commerce) - It's all based in PHP. I'll configure it so that only specific operations will pass dependent on the functionality of you woo-commerce store. I truly look forward to hearing from you! Many thanks Mike

In short - You want to pass data from WP to the warehouse using the web service which you have mentioned. Can you confirm?

woocommerce and wordpress get orders then these order has to be processed to your webservice via cronjob script then update the order status or result of it accordingly in sep tables in database and also accordingly we will email customer and supplier and admin etc. this is for sure a tricky job so i need your woocommerce url to analyse more.
