Complete development of PHP/MySQL real estate comparison site

We are looking for a flexible developer that can take an existing PHP/MySQL-based web application that is 80% complete and make it production ready. The site in question is a type of real estate listing service based on PHPMyRealty (typical PHP), but is not yet live and needs fixes and tweaks throughout most of the functionality before that happens. Most of the changes are pretty basic modifications to existing layout & functionality, but a couple will require adding new functionality. This work will have an initial milestone with the first portion of work being fairly small and basic, capped at $200, just to give both the developer and us a chance to work together, and if necessary, refine the total project estimates. We are looking to find someone that we can continue to work with in the future as we add more features to the application. ## Deliverables [I understand it would be helpful to provide images, links to the current site, etc. These can be provided upon request, but won't be posted publicly.] Milestone 1: Complete incorporation of HTML/CSS design into home page and search page (HTML/CSS examples and PSDs available for reference). Home Page 1. Fix CSS/images so that mouseover on menu bar items ("Find Home", "Stats & Trends", etc) is a slight highlight instead of the gray highlight box with arrow that is currently used to indicate the active area. 2. Fix spacing on menu bar items ("Find Home", "Stats & Trends", etc) so there isn't extra unequal space at the beginning and end of menu bar. 3. Fix scroll bar graphics on "Featured Listings" box. They are not being displayed, possibly just aren't referenced correctly in the CSS. 4. Fix boxes around properties in "Featured Listing" so they correspond to the property certification (right now all properties use the same graphics regardless of the actual certification). 5. Create stub page and add links for "Take the test" and "List your home" buttons. 6. Fix footer background graphic (not showing up now for some reason). Search Page 1. Fix "Sort By" to match that of new design using button-like text. 2. Fix box around pictures to match property type - same as change to home page. 3. Replace map area next to each property with area containing detailed text instead (this is a deviation from the css design mockup) 4. Move checkbox to correct position next to "Add to comparison" list text and fix text font style. 5. Add paging (ie "Displaying 1-4 of 79" and paging buttons) to screen. Not sure if that functionality is in code yet or not. 6. Fix "Find on the map" so that it is scaled and zoomed in as much as possible while still showing all properties. Phase 2: Complete broken/missing functionality Advanced Search 1. Split page into separate pages for property search & agent search. 2. Change layout of input areas for green fields (ie "Green Certifications", "Site Location..") so that only the category is shown with some kind of icon to indicate it can be expanded. When expanded, show the various options. Register 1. Fix bug - if user tries to register and email address is already in use, the page says "Correction(s) Needed: 1", but doesn't say what the problem is. 2. Arrange layout better - possibly group them so it doesn't feel so data intense 3. Add new form field that identifies user type: Agent, Lender, Homeowner, or Buyer. Only display company fields (company name, description, logo, etc) for users that specify Agent or Lender type. A field to store the user type may already be in the database; add if not. Payments 1. Enable payment processing (Paypal). This is supported by the PHPMyRealty software, just needs to be enabled and possibly integrated a little better into the registration/account screens. 2.
