Build Database specifically for a Photography/Album Company

We require a skilled and competent person to develop a database for a photography/ album company that will be able to hold photographers and clients in the database. It will need to be able to store all personal information and database is required to track jobs and also generate and email mail merge to customers for updates. The database should also be able to generate a job list for photography jobs in the week/ month / year. Database must be able to provide reports on photography packages, wedding or portrait and additional items they have purchased including wedding albums, etc. I have other information that i would like but can provide this to the winning bidder.
