Block Spamming Ips

I need my site keep a log of all MySQL requests generated by each IP and allow 200 requests per hour per IP. And if a particular IP address exceeds that limit, to be automatically blocked from accessing the site and display an error message like “Access Denied”. You will also need to modify [login to view URL] in order for it to clear/empty the requests logs and IPs information in order to clean MySQL. I also need the following modifications: 1) Add a bottom on PTSU ADS page. You will need to change “OPTIONS” with “APPROVE ALL” and once click, to approve all signups from that user. 2) On EARN page, I want pagination to be added. Display only 50 ads per page. 3) On admin, on TOOLS/DELETED ADS, I also want there a button and once clicked, I want ALL ads on that list deleted permanently.
