Convert designed layouts to WordPress ecommerce site

I will be providing you with designed mockup pages for an ecommerce site as a reference. I need you to convert the designed pages into a fully-workable site by using the latest version of WordPress. They could be either integrated with plugins like wp-e-commerce or eShop (any way you like as long as it come out the way it should be).
The site will display main categories and sub-categories on the sidebar (but only main categories on top main menu and display as fancy drop-down when mouse over). There will be featured products, latest products, etc. The shopping cart will always be displayed on the sidebar to let user know their current status.
The site will eventually be a native Thai language so please make sure that the database is created to support this as well.
There will be credit card payments, cash on delivery and bank money transfer options on checkout.
Overall, it is not a complicated site. Just the same features as any other ecommerce site should have. I will send the mockup layouts (Adobe PSD version CS3) to you once I selected the best bidder.
