Build my Publisher website

I am in the process of building my new publishing house. Like most publishing house web sites, the purpose of my website will be to advertise/Sell my books and showcase my publishing house. Attention: My books aren't eBooks; they're conventional print books. Therefore the website needs another design than a mere eBooks website. This website is not only to sell books, but it is meant also to be the hub of all marketing around my publishing house and my books. The Website serves also as a way of building a Community around my books. It is there the customers will find additional infos about my books and their characters, it's there I'll talk about new books etc., and it's through my website the customers can reach me, and it is my website that represents me and my publishing house. So it can't be just a standard website but must be customized to my corporate ID. The website must follow the following requirements: 1: The website must be CMS or PhP (I’m no expert in the differences between the two). In essence, the content management system must permit me to do the following: 1: create or delete pages from the website template at a button touch; 2: change page images or background color at a button touch. The system must be absolutely simple to use even for somebody who has NO experience with web design, web administration or HTML. 2: Look at this website ([login to view URL]) for a (general) template. A website this clearly yet intriguing designed is what I'm looking for. 3: The website has 4 pages: 1. one main page, 2. one page with company infos, 3. one page devoted to a specific category of books (that can be duplicated and modified via the content management system if I have many different categories of books, such as fantasy, children books, comics, etc.), and 4. one page that is actually part of the shopping card system (see below): a view of the shopping card. 4: Implement my company logo and corporate design and colors. This basically means using my logo, implement my corporate design (golden stars on black ground) and use my company colors (black and gold). I'll provide you with my company logo and corporate design after I picked you. 5: Provide the main page (and all pages created from its template) with a rotating banner effect in header where the images keep rotating at regular interval. Each image will be for a book and clicking on the image will take user to the book page. 6: Implement a simple shopping card system that is part of the web design, as seen on the campfire page. 7: Give me 2-3 different designs to pick from before building the actual website. 8: Upload my website to my server hosted by [login to view URL] Payment will be handled like this: half uppon starting the project, the rest upon finishing the project.
