Hello, I am looking for someone to develop a web based application that will manage my college football bowl pool. It will include an online entry form where the user can choose the winning team and the rank them according to a confidence ranking. Each number can only be chosen once. I would also like real time online standings/rankings. It doesn't have to be extravagant or difficult. I just need something that is easy to use and manage. I hoping someone has already done something similar that can save us both time and money. I'm sure there are details I'm forgetting so please PM me with questions. Thanks!
