I need a company that can design a fully functional Auction website (frontend and backend) with highest and lowest bid. Script should be written in PHP and MySQL. The site is to be modelled from [url removed, login to view] (although that site is ASP we want it in PHP).
There is a bolt on SMS module that must interface with this script that is already being developed by a mobile phone developer, therefore the successful company must be able to communicate well in English (this is a must) with the other developer and ourselves.
The template graphics must incorporate a Flash logo and a popup window with Flash advertising to be linked with the cars category.
The team taking on this project has 5-6 weeks to develop, test and deliver a working product. They need to be VERY good at meeting deliverables with no excuses about sickness, holidays or anything else that might jeopardise the delivery date. References to be produced in the form of completed ‘working’ (not sample) websites with the ability to contact your client for professional reference if required. If this is not possible don’t waste our time bidding. It would be of benefit if you have a project manager in your company that we can deal with on Skype. Budget expectations are around US$700.
