Checkout page (form) functionality for online store

Need to make the checkout order form working on the site - www.slimlida.com. When you fill out all fields i need to receive an email with all details from the form and the quantity they have ordered. Also need to send an automatic email to customer's email when order is completed with text which I will provide. The main issue is that it is in Cyrillic (Bulgarian language) so all customers will fill it out in this language. The form may need to be redesigned. Also needs to be uploaded at the end.
