CMS Real Estate Search Engine PHP, DB, Joomla

Hello, Im looking for a real estate search engine similar to the one used on this webpage [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to use with my joomla website. The information for the houses will be in a CSV. file and the picture will be loaded on a ftp website. I can also load all the ftp pictures on my website if necessary, I believe we need a database to do this. I want the system to have a backend managment system for my agent and one for administration. The google map should be integrated to the search engine. Please let me know if this something you would be able to handle.
