Add 5 Offer Walls & Postbacks to GPT Site Running Shiftcode

I have a Get Paid To (GPT) site that runs on the Shiftcode Ultimate script. Looking for bids to add up 5 offer walls on the site by someone experienced in doing this. Some of these include; Supersonic Ads, Superrewards, Virool and a few others. If this goes well, there maybe others to add in the future as well.
