Build a Web based, lead tracking database on my server with the following. **Contact Us Form:** Must capture URL of form to direct leads to the correct Manufacturer AND to track the source of the form for ROI info. * * * **Manufacturer Admin Access:** _Search leads_ (generated from form above & manual entry) 1) Results 2) Details 3) Manage *Lead can be sent to ALL Dealers or "Select" Dealers.* _Search Dealers _1) Results 2) Details 3) Manage *Dealers can be made "Inactive", added or removed. Manufacturer must be able to VIEW ALL Dealers Notes for any lead that was _supplied by them_. * * * * **Dealer Access: **_Search leads_ (sent from Manufacturer & manual, Dealer entry) 1) Results 2) Details 3) Manage *All Dealers will be able to see the same lead but each individual Dealer should ONLY be able to see their own notes for that lead. Dealers should be able to add notes and see a timestamped history of their own contact.* _Change Profile _*Change Dealers Profile * _Map Directions_ *like Google mash up to locate lead address (have API key and code already). * * * *Additional functions: Should be able to upload pictures with lead from an existing (external) Flex web application. (Already saves a picture) *Details about the web application will be released on a need to know basis only and should not really involve you in the hookup.* ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
