Create Property Search using existing MSSQL Database

I have a project where I need to create a basic search in PHP which searches through properties in an external MSSQL database. 1) The search will have the following fields: Property Type, # Bedrooms, Check-in Date, Check-out Date 2) Once user submits the search, it will need to list properties from database that are available during those dates. All information for the properties is currently in the database, so you will just need to pull it from database and display each property in list format neatly on the page. This page needs to include pagination. 3) Each property listed will also have a "More Details" button which will allow them to click on a property and see Full Details of that property. Again, this screen will be generated from the current MSSQL database, so just display all info and pics on page. 4) Each property will also have a "book now" button which will allow them to reserve the property. After user clicks book now button, we need a page that allows user to select dates for their booking, then submit. You need to create a script that checks the database to make sure those dates are available. If they are not available, return user to the page and say "Dates not available". If they are available, continue to the next page where we will collect rest of booking information. That's all. We will take it from there, but may need your assistance with the payment process later which we will start another project for.
