Add proxies to python crawler

The requirement is to add a proxy capability to an existing, already developed, python crawler based on beautiful soup and sqlite. The parsing and crawling of web pages would need to be performed through rotating proxies. The proxies can rotate based on a per-thread basis or on a timer basis, whatever is more efficient and effective in terms of crawling success and not needing a lot of proxies to make it work. **IMPORTANT:** Please quote the full name of the inventor of Python for your bid to be considered. The 3 days deadline WILL be increased on the request of the worker IF there is sufficient progress observed during the first 3 days (and each successive deadline extension) of the project. The employer will not act as a tester for the worker. Testing the code to be up-to-spec by the worker is a requirement of this project. Employer will test the final deliverables once the worker is truly confident the deliverables work up-to-spec.
