I need to create a framework that allows users to upload multimedia content to be shared with the public. The format will likely follow an opening page with drop down menu with fifty options. If a person chooses one of these options they will be directed to a page that contains multiple links and another drop down menu with anywhere from five to twenty options. Total pages could easily reach the high hundreds. I will also need an ongoing relationship with whomever I hire to get the site to a professional look.
