DLL Based Indicator

I'm after a coder with some Visual Basic experience. The project is to code a small DLL indicator for Fibonacci Trader 4. The walk through on coding a indicator for Fibonacci Trader 4 is: [login to view URL] The indicator I wish to be coded is Rapid RSI the formula is below: Rapid RSI = 100 - ( 100 )/(1 - RS) RS = sum of x day's up closes divided by sum of x day's down closes When the indicator is above 70 the line turns red and when it is below 30 it turns green.
