Create a membership website using Drupal

This project is to create a membership based website, using Drupal, that will serve as a portal for registered members. This site will have three levels of access (users, coaches, admins), as well as some portions of the site public (landing pages, contact pages, etc). Content has already been written for the site, and is already in production. Members site will have the ability to upload videos, articles, podcasts, power point presentations, and also an instant messaging portion. Most of the software to integrate with (Red5, Limesurvey, DocMGR) has been installed, and works great- we just need a coder to tie it all together, and integrate all of these software packages into ONE user interface. In addition, a shopping cart plugin should be installed, that gives basic shopping cart functionality. Most of the code for this site has already been written- what we need is a talented coder (or team) to take this code, implement it in a Drupal based site, and integrate several other components (see specifications attached). Deadline for this project should be less than 45 days, and existing source code will be provided upon request (before a bid is placed).
