Create a PHP mailing list

I am looking for someone to create me a PHP script. It is going to be a very simple mailing list I know there are lots of free ones in circulation, I looked at them all and I want this to be simple, easy and with nothing that won't get used. -2 HTML form pages ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? a) Submit form for to add to mailing list (name and email address) ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? b) Submit form to remove from mailing list (name or email) -2 corresponding PHP files The email will need to be checked if it has an @ and a . in it. and the name will need to not be blank. When the email and name are added or removed successfully we will need an if statement that sends you to an HTML link (thankyou page) For the admin page; I will secure the dir, so you don't need to worry about that. -Main admin page ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? -Edit mailing list (this page will display all the people on the mailing list, you can arrange by name, or email. It also needs to a search box. Each entry will have an edit or delete link and a check box so you can delete all the items that are checked.) ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? -Create New Email (this will be a field that you can enter text into, or put your HTML code for your email. You cannot send from here, only save. When you save it will take you to the saved emails page) ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? -View Saved Emails (this will display all saved email messages. You will be able to arrange by title, sent, date. Each field will have a preview send (this will send it to one address and not the whole list... I will need to be able to edit this address in the PHP code), delete, send to mailing list, edit) ? So in an overview, ? this mailing list can send out HTML or text messages, and it will need to be built with BCC sends so that you don't see the entire mailing list addresses when you receive a message.
