Create a Comment Script with option to Rate Article

I am looking for a script that I can embed into my website that gives the user the possibility to leave a comment and also to rate the article. ## Deliverables **What the User will be able to do:** - The User doesn’t need to register to leave a comment. - He can choose from an option of 5 choices (dropdown menu) to rate the site. **What I will be able to do** - I should have the option to delete posts if necessary - I will approve each post before it is published. **What the code can do **- It will notify me by email when a new post has been made. - It should have an Admin panel so I can login to approve/delete posts - The script should allow 5 posts per page. The 6th post will be shown on the 2nd page.* - Preferably the code should be written in AJAX. Other languages are Ok also, use your best judgment. - it should have a CAPTCHA to avoid Spam. - Should be easy editable. - Have a clean & nice design. **The Admin Panel** - Have the option to delete existing posts - Change settings (email address etc.) - Shows a list of all pending posts - Should categorize all comment topics and generate the proper code.** Preferably, as soon as someone enters their comment and clicks on submit the page won’t reload or redirect. A loading icon will be shown and after it will say something like “*Thank you for your Comment. An Administrator will check through it and providing everything is legit your comment will appear within 24hours.*?? For the 2nd page, where more than 5 posts were made, it should say on the first page “read more comments…??. Once clicked, the User will be linked to the 2nd page (I will provide the template).? - When there are no comments posted yet it should say "Be the first to write a comment" (see image) - Basically, the code should be like the images attached to this file. - It should also check that the user has entered all information into the box. If not, then it will mark the selected box in any method. * If you have a better Idea on how to solve this problem of having too many posts on one page please let me know. **It is also very important that the admin panel categorizes each comment folder for each topic. Example; I have the comment script in the section about cooking recipes and also in another section about Cars. When the user clicks on “Read more comments…?? the script should understand and not mix the comments from cars and cooking recipes. It would be cool if the admin panel could generate the code for me.
